Last week, the spygate NSA program was declared unconstitutional
by Judge Anna Diggs Taylor of the U.S. District Court in Detroit, Michigan. But ACLU v. NSA won't stop there
, as the ever-vigilant ACLU
will continue to fight appeals from the Bush administration. The next step: September 7th, when a federal court will decide whether the Bush administration will be allowed to continue the program as the lawsuit continues to work its way
through the system.
