Last week, the spygate NSA program was
declared unconstitutional by Judge Anna Diggs Taylor of the U.S. District Court in Detroit, Michigan. But
ACLU v. NSA won't stop there, as
the ever-vigilant ACLU will continue to fight appeals from the Bush administration. The next step: September 7th, when a federal court will decide whether the Bush administration will be allowed to continue the program as the lawsuit
continues to work its way through the system.
