A Very Creepy Halloween

We celebrate creeps one day each year, but the ones we elect stay with us year-round. Segregationists Ross Barnett and Strom Thurmond were among the worst of the worst--more frightening than any of the Universal Classic Monsters and, sadly, much more real.
