I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome Amy Zalman, our new Guide to Terrorism Issues. Dr. Zalman will be covering many of the same War on Terror civil liberties controversies that I do, but from a slightly different perspective. While I speak primarily for the Bill of Rights, her background on terrorism issues is more global and scholarly. She will be able to speak authoritatively to the context of counterterrorism strategy in a way that I presently cannot.
Although the Terrorism Issues site is fairly new, Dr. Zalman has already written a great deal of interesting civil liberties related content that complements, and is complemented by, my own. Take these pages, for example:
