Now that a federal judge has declared the controversial NSA wiretapping program unconstitutional, the Bush administration will appeal the case to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Inevitably, it will also reach the U.S. Supreme Court--where the outcome can probably be predicted with a certain amount of confidence. Read up on the future of ACLU v. NSA.
