Gay Marriage 101

Tomorrow, the U.S. Senate will vote on whether to revise the U.S. Constitution to ban gay marriage. Although the amendment will fail, it highlights a growing debate in this country over the issue of same-sex marriage--a debate that will become relevant again in November, as voters in seven states decide whether to revise their own state constitutions to ban gay marriage.
I've assembled a collection of resources on the same-sex marriage debate and collected them in my Gay Marriage 101 guide, the first of many civil liberties issues guides that you can expect to see on this site within the near future.
